Feedback needed: Paypal experience.
We are currently redesigning and upgrading the site. That means a new logo is coming and a new look overall. We will also be switching all of our credit card processing to Paypal (no account required) which means we no longer will have even a portion of your card information on our servers (we never store the whole card #).
Unfortunately some of our customers are unable to get paypal to accept the credit card (usually corporate cards owned by the organization). We are researching the cause but one possible reason is that the corporate cards are restricted for online purchases or restricted on paypal purchases. If this happens during your transaction, you can select the cheque option and then ask us in the comments to call you for your card number. We will be adjusting the text to reflect that.
